Independent Living at the Villa Apartments

The Villa is located on The Legacy at St Joseph's campus and is a 44 unit apartment complex.

Our spacious smoke-free one bedroom apartments are available in 2 sizes. Our building offers a secure atmosphere where tenants can enjoy their independence but still have the comfort of knowing assistance is available when needed. 

While no direct care is provided,  the Villa offers a secure building with many amenities. The main lounge offers a variety of recreational programs along with a large screen TV with satellite hookup. Each floor has a lounge for socializing, and a spacious main dining room offers a lovely wooded view. Meal plans are available as an option and Daily Mass may be attended next door at The Legacy at St. Joseph's. Therapy services (PT, OT, Speech) can be offered through Powerback Rehabilitation, which is located next door at The Legacy.  

Our goal at The Villa is to provide tenants a secure environment in order to help older adults remain socially, physically, spiritually independent and active with emphasis on personal dignity and choice. The Villa relieves the burden and the seclusion often associated with home ownership.
